The Assistant Operations Coordinator supports the Operations Coordinator and leadership team by executing daily administrative, transaction, and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a senior operations or leadership role within real estate.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Assist with daily office and team operations

  • Help maintain systems, checklists, and workflows

  • Support compliance checks and file organization

Transaction & Admin Support

  • Assist with transaction file preparation and audits

  • Track deadlines, missing documents, and status updates

  • Support agent onboarding paperwork and processes

Team & Office Support

  • Help coordinate meetings, trainings, and events

  • Manage internal requests and task tracking

  • Support communication between agents, staff, and leadership

Marketing & Listings (Support Role)

  • Assist with listing input, marketing coordination, and timelines

  • Ensure marketing materials follow brand standards

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in real estate admin, operations, or related role

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Willingness to learn systems, compliance, and workflows
